     I'm Neffy Straughter

Neffy Straughter is a visionary leader, youth mentor, and community advocate committed to empowering young women to reach their fullest potential. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Evolving E3:20 Girls Ministry, LLC, a faith-based organization dedicated to the academic, personal, and spiritual development of teen girls in the Jackson, Mississippi community.

With years of hands-on experience in youth development and ministry, Neffy has consistently demonstrated a passion for guiding and mentoring young people. Her work has directly contributed to the growth and success of numerous youth who have gone on to pursue higher education, establish careers in fields such as healthcare and entrepreneurship, and even launch their own ministries.
Neffy’s leadership is rooted in both practical experience and purpose-driven vision. Since receiving a calling at the age of 15, she has remained committed to serving and uplifting the next generation. She has collaborated with community leaders and organizations, gaining valuable experience in mentorship, program development, and youth engagement.

Through Evolving E3:20 Girls Ministry, Neffy has developed a structured program that addresses critical gaps affecting at-risk teen girls during after-school hours. Her organization provides mentorship, academic support, leadership training, and community service opportunities, equipping participants with the tools needed to succeed and lead.

Her work is grounded in the belief that investing in young women creates lasting generational impact. Guided by Ephesians 3:20, Neffy leads with the conviction that every girl has the ability to achieve beyond expectations when given the right support and opportunities.
